Brainspotting Consultation Group

Join our 6-session online consultation group focused on Brainspotting, where we will meet once a month to explore topics related to creatively integrating the Neuroexperiential Model and the Dual Attunement Frame into equine assisted psychotherapy (EAS) and learning sessions. Each consultation will take place from 11am to 12pm PST.

This program requires a 6-month commitment with one 1-hour meeting each month. Specific dates will be announced soon.

The cost for the entire series is approximately $390, which is a one-time payment covering all 6 sessions.

Consultation Topics include:

- Oct 30th: Why Horses

- Nov 20th: NEM and Brainspotting within EAS

- Dec 11th: Relational Attunement Frame within EAS

- Jan 15th: Neurobiological Attunement Frame within EAS

- Feb 26th Mindful Processing within EAS

- March 19th: Watch and discuss an EquiAttune recorded session.

This consultation group is facilitated by Cara Wilkerson, an LMFT licensed in CA, TX, and FL. Cara is a Brainspotting Consultant, an EMDRIA Consultant, and is certified in Brainspotting, EMDR, and the Eagala Model of equine assisted psychotherapy. Additionally, she is Level 1 trained in the Natural Lifemanship model of equine assisted psychotherapy.
